Risk is shared as the capitation system motivates doctors to provide preventative, quality healthcare on the patient's first consultation, thereby minimising return visits. Sick note abuse is minimised and absenteeism is more effectively managed. Our network field team regularly consults with the contracted doctors to ensure real compliance with treatment standards and protocols.
